I resisted the online / video calls-based practice during the COVID period but it seems that online is now the default (even for grumpy Tax Agents) and my client base is plainly preferring it on balance.

Agreed pricing: The work is done with transparent up-front pricing. We don’t quote but we will estimate if feasible.
Competent: Your work will be done by a registered tax agent, with a Masters degree in tax law, accounting, and financial planning (among a variety of other tax, accounting, finance, investment, financial planning, and technology qualifications).
Quality Work: I pay attention to the detail. I don’t cut corners on your work on the assumption that you won’t know any better and the ATO doesn’t audit much of anything (unless you give them a reason to), so it’s all good (for me).

He also holds a graduate diploma in Applied Finance and Investment, a Diploma and an Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning, and a First Class Honours degree. He’s also a member in good standing of the Institute of Public Accountants, the Australian professional body that provides specialist support and oversight of tax accountants in public practice.

Open (generally): Tuesday to Friday and many Saturdays.
Extended hours are available by appointment throughout the year.
btw – in truth the office is more likely to close around 4:00pm (well, OK, perhaps 3:30pm) in the afternoon from March through June in the short-lived lull before the new tax season that commences July 1st.
In the early intense portion of the tax season (July to September) I tend to be open more-or-less every Saturday and therefore am closed most Mondays (and that’s why you if you send me an email on Saturday evening you may not receive a response until Tuesday).
As the demand for in-person-on-site bookings begins to tail off from October onward I tend to more-or-less alternate the open/closed Saturdays.
